Investment Objectives
The Fund pursues long-term capital growth by investing mainly in equity securities of Canadian companies represented in the major industry sectors of the Toronto Stock Exchange (the ôTSXö). The Fund will use a multi-manager investment strategy of between two and six portfolio management teams, selected by Mackenzie to manage the Fund's portfolio investments. The Fund will also seek to maximize its foreign property investments up to 30% of the Fund's assets. Any change in the fundamental investment objectives of the Fund must be approved by a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of the Fund's investors called for that purpose.
